Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use the SpamVest website, trial, account area, support, billing, and inbound spam filtering service.
SpamVest is a Spiderz service.
Service
SpamVest provides inbound spam filtering for protected domains.
Incoming mail is routed through SpamVest using MX records. SpamVest filters inbound mail and forwards accepted messages to your existing mailbox provider.
SpamVest does not replace Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cPanel, DNS hosting, mailbox hosting, domain registration, outbound email services, or email administration tools.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Owning or being authorized to manage each domain you add
- Keeping your DNS, mailbox, and provider accounts secure
- Updating MX records correctly
- Confirming where accepted mail should be delivered
- Maintaining your mailbox provider, outbound email setup, users, passwords, and security settings
- Using SpamVest lawfully and without abusing the service
Trial
SpamVest may offer a free trial. The trial includes active trial days plus a short grace period before unpaid trial filtering may be disabled.
If payment is not completed, trial access may end, filtering may be disabled, and unpaid trial domains may be removed.
Pricing And Billing
SpamVest is billed annually per protected domain.
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout. Standard pricing may vary based on the number of active paid domains on your account.
Special pricing for education, nonprofit, student, or educator customers is available only after review. SpamVest may request proof of eligibility and may approve or refuse special pricing requests.
Approved special pricing applies to future checkouts after it has been added to the account.
Renewals
Paid domain service runs for the annual period shown for that domain.
If renewal payment is not completed, SpamVest may send reminders, suspend filtering, and remove unpaid expired domains after the applicable grace or cleanup period.
Refunds
Refund requests made within 30 days after payment are eligible for review under the Refund Policy.
After 30 days from payment, annual payments are non-refundable.
For special cases, please get in touch with support and we will review the request.
If a refund is approved, paid SpamVest service for the affected domain or account may end.
Support
SpamVest support covers setup guidance, MX record guidance, domain verification, clean-mail destination checks, filtering status questions, billing questions, special pricing requests, and general service questions.
Support does not include DNS account management, mailbox administration, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cPanel account administration, password resets, outbound email issues, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup for outbound mail, custom filtering-rule development, or customer security administration.
For more detail, please see the Scope of Support.
Acceptable Use
You must not use SpamVest to:
- Break the law
- Interfere with the service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Abuse support, billing, trial, or refund processes
- Add domains you do not own or have authority to manage
- Misrepresent eligibility for special pricing
SpamVest may suspend or end service for fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
Service Availability
SpamVest aims to provide reliable inbound filtering, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from all spam or unwanted messages.
DNS changes, third-party mailbox providers, internet routing, and customer configuration may affect mail delivery.
Changes
SpamVest may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
